BotanicalCollector | Collectors of Rare & Exotic Houseplants

There are so many things I love about Botanical Collector, it’s hard to know where to start!

The caudex plants I ordered are extremely healthy and well-shaped. B.C. did an outstanding job of preparing them for travel from China to Wisconsin, USA. Here’s the timeline:

DAY 0 – I ordered 4 caudex plants. I had some specific criteria I needed, and the communication was FANTASTIC! We got on WhatsApp in real-time and they went through the greenhouse and sent photos and videos of some candidates from each species so I could select. They're located in China, but whomever handles communication on their end writes in flawless, native English.

To prepare for travel, plants were bare-rooted, leaves were stripped, and plants were allowed to dry off for a few days. When preparing two of the four for shipping, they noticed some minor flaws. They contacted me on WhatsApp and helped me select replacement plants.

DAY 3 – Plants were shipped with a tracking number. While my plants were in transit, I wrote to ask a couple of questions about watering and about soil recommendations. They wrote back a personal email with current weather conditions in their city, detailed potting and watering recommendations, and even a photo of the soil mix they were in.

DAY 15 - Arrived on my doorstep in Wisconsin beautifully wrapped and in perfect health, ready to pot up.

Botanical Collector not only has top quality plants and safe shipping, but has the best customer service I’ve seen in ANY type of business in my life. Just order—you will be glad you did!

Great customer support . Plants arrived safe and sound. Will definitely order again.

Great service from this grower. I got photos of the plant to be shipped and how it was packed for shipping (across the planet) The plant arrived in reasonable time in great condition. Will not hesitate to buy from this grower in the future.

Ogólne warunki współpracy oceniam jako bardzo dobre, niestety jakość dwóch z czterech roślin była słaba. Sprzedawca zrekompensował to zwrotem kosztów

Purchased two adenium socotranum seedlings. The original shipment was seized, but the seller reshipped as per their policy and the replacement arrived promptly. The seedlings were as shown, and I was even sent photographs of the exact plants I got before their shipment. Email correspondance was conducted quickly and helpfully. Would use this vendor again.

The shop owner is very friendly, and replies with detailed and thoughtful answers. Highly recommend!

Arrived! Very thoughtful packaging... incredible roots. A+++
It's one of the better plants I have received. Great root structure, roots are the life source and because it's so full.. I'm very confident this will wake up fine.
I assume slowly acclimate back to full sun.. but my adenium and Boswellia etc.. all full summer sun
Once it bounces back, I'll make sure to post a great picture set

Plants arrived beautifullt

Far superior to any of the other ones I bought. I won't ever bother looking elsewhere again lol

Thanks for the wonderful plants. They just arrived today and look in great shape wonderful way you packaged them absolutely stunning.😍🥰

Thank you the plants came in. They look amazing. You did a wonderful job again.😍😊

They look great. One of the euphorbias kinda got sick in transit but overall a great ship. They’ll be happy in their new home and I’ll keep an eye out on the site for another round.

It is easy to agree because I have done business with you already and I know you are trustworthy and honest. Your customer service is also excellent and I will never forgot how hard working you were, taking the time to guide me through the nurseries!
