1. How to place an order from the website?
1. ADD TO CART: Select the plants you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
2. PROCEED TO CHECKOUT: Click the "Check out" button at the bottom right of the cart page to enter the payment interface.
3. PLACE ORDER: You can skip immediate payment by selecting "Order Review & PayPal Payment (Confirm before paying)" to submit your order directly, or choose PayPal to pay for your goods upfront.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION: We will contact you via your provided email within 24 hours to confirm your order details. Once confirmed, we will arrange for shipment and logistics.
2. How many purchasing modes are available? What are the differences?
Our store offers four purchasing modes: Retail, Premium and Wholesale.
- Retail:
Some plants are listed as WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), meaning you will receive the specific individual plant shown. Others are sold as Same Batch, referring to plants from the same cultivation lot that are roughly identical in size, age, and shape. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing. - Premium: These plants are typically larger, rare, and available in limited quantities, offering high collectible value for enthusiasts.
- Wholesale: For bulk orders of 100 plants or more, please contact us directly for specialized pricing and arrangements.
3. How is the shipping cost calculated?
For Small Orders:
- Up to 1 kg: USD $25
- 1–2 kg: USD $40
- Orders over 2 kg will be split into multiple packages to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- If you are unsure whether your selected plants can fit into a single box, please contact us for confirmation before placing your order.
For Wholesale Orders:
- We will provide a customized logistics and packaging plan based on your specific order to determine the actual shipping cost.
4. How to import rareplants from china for the first time?
If you are importing rareplants for the first time and are not familiar with all the procedures, please contact us and we will provide you with professional guidance during the process.
5. Are the product images on the website authentic?
Due to differences in season, climate, temperature, or lighting conditions, it is normal for rareplants to appear slightly different in color compared to the photos on our website. Please contact us to confirm the latest real product status. Before shipment, we will send you pictures of the actual stock.
6. Are all rareplants suitable for growing or selling in our area?
Most rareplants are suitable for growing at a temperature of 15-25 ℃, avoiding high temperatures (over 35 ℃) in summer and maintaining above 5 ℃ in winter. Different varieties may have differences, please contact us for specific confirmation.
7. Can I buy succulents that are not available on your website?
Most of the rareplants on the website are regular products, and some products are not displayed on the website due to low production or other reasons. If you have any needs, please contact us.
8. How to package the product for shipment?
- All rareplants shipped with bare-root, no pot and soil.
- After Clean&Sterilize plants &Dry plants, carefully wrapped with toilet paper or cotton, sealed in a carton.
9. About the shipping method?
- Orders are shipped by FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS, or other reliable air freight services, depending on your location and shipping requirements.
10. What after-sales service is provided?
- If requested, we can send photos of your plants before shipping for each order.
- Upon receiving your order, please check the total quantity of items. If there are any quality issues, please take photos or videos and contact us within 48 hours.
- We will take responsibility for any rotten or missing plants and provide free replacements for the affected items.
