We strive to display accurate product photos, sizes, colors, and descriptions for all rare and exotic houseplants. However,live botanical products feature natural variations. Each plant is unique in size, leaf shape, color variegation, and growth pattern.

Minor differences between the received plant and website photos are normal and do not constitute product defects or grounds for free return or refund. Screen display differences, lighting conditions, and natural seasonal growth changes may also cause visual discrepancies.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, adjust plant specifications, discontinue plant varieties, and limit order quantities for rare collector plants at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Submitting an order constitutes a purchase offer. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or regional shipping restrictions for live plants.

An order is officially confirmed only after successful payment processing and official order confirmation from our team. We do not guarantee order acceptance upon checkout submission. Cancellation requests may not be honored once the plant preparation and shipping process has commenced.

All order returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our official Refund & Return Policy [LINK]. All purchases are intended for personal household collection and decorative use only; commercial resale, bulk redistribution, or export for business purposes is prohibited without our written approval.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, TAXES & BILLING

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The final price applicable to your order is confirmed in your official order confirmation email at the time of purchase.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include international sales tax, VAT, customs duties, import fees, or shipping and handling charges. All cross-border tariffs and local import fees incurred during international delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & LIVE PLANT LIABILITY

All delivery timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier processing, customs clearance, weather conditions, international logistics disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any shipping delays.

Once live plants are picked up and shipped by the carrier, all risk of loss, damage, or plant stress during transit transfers to the customer. Live plants may experience temporary leaf yellowing, slight wilting, or adaptation stress during international transportation, which is normal and reversible with proper aftercare.

We securely package all exotic plants with professional plant shipping materials to minimize transit damage. Any shipping-related claims must be submitted following the requirements in our Refund Policy within the specified time window after delivery.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All website content, including plant photography, product images, text descriptions, brand logos, graphic designs, website layout, and copywriting, is the exclusive intellectual property of BotanicalCollector or our licensed partners.
