Retail Shipping Process & Plant Handling Standards

To keep every caudiciform in the best condition, we follow a strict shipping process:

  1. Careful selection — Within 24 hours of your order, we choose a healthy plant with a full root system.
  2. Pre-treatment — Soil is removed and plants are lightly pruned to reduce moisture loss and root stress in transit.
  3. Root drying — Plants rest for at least 24 hours so cuts can heal and rot risk is lowered.
  4. Protective packaging — Roots are wrapped in breathable tissue for cushioning and airflow.
  5. Dispatch & tracking — Packages ship promptly; you receive an email with the tracking number automatically.
  6. Customs & delivery — Most destinations need no customer clearance. If yours is a special customs zone, we confirm this before you order so there are no surprises.
