Place Your Order
Shipping rates are already configured for most destinations. Complete checkout and payment directly on our website.

Order Preparation
We usually begin preparing your order within 24 hours.

Bare-Root Preparation
We remove the soil and may trim leaves or branches when needed, then allow the roots to dry for 2–3 days.

Individual Packing
Each plant is wrapped separately with tissue or other soft protective materials.

Tracking Updates
Tracking details are updated after dispatch so you can follow the shipment in real time.

Delivery & Signature
The parcel is delivered directly to your shipping address. Please monitor tracking and sign for delivery.

Confirm the plants and quantities you wish to purchase, then contact us before placing the order.

Shipping Plan
We determine the appropriate logistics plan and shipping cost based on the order quantity and destination.

Import Permit
After approving the quotation, provide a valid import permit that lists the plant species being purchased.

Document Review
We carefully verify the import permit, the yellow-and-green label address for U.S. shipments, and all routing points.

Payment
Complete payment for the plants, shipping, and certificate service.

Preparation & Certificates

Certificate Processing
We reserve and prepare the plants while arranging the required certificates. Processing usually takes around 7 days.

Plant Treatment
After the certificates arrive, we remove soil, wash, disinfect, sterilize, and dry the plants. Dispatch is usually arranged within about 3 days.

Packing, Customs & Delivery

Customs-Friendly Packing
Plants are packed with soft stems and arranged in flat layers on paper, making destination customs inspection easier and reducing the risk of delays.

Tracking Updates
Tracking details are updated after dispatch so you can follow the shipment in real time.

Customs & Taxes
The buyer is responsible for destination-country customs clearance, duties, and taxes.

Final Delivery
After customs clearance, the courier normally delivers directly to the shipping address. Please monitor tracking and sign for delivery.
